How’s your New Year’s resolution coming along so far?
Its obvious that we have all made up in our minds that we are interested in doing something new – in particular.
As you continue on with your New Year’s resolution- if you’re still keeping up with it or if you even have one, I hope that you will take the time out to consider the, why?
The reason why I picked this word is because I know that, not only is it important to cleanse our minds sometimes but this is the right time to make up in your mind to do so. The third week of 2017 has officially begun.
I would encourage you to use this word as guide for the rest of the day, week, month or even year to help you get to a place that would give you a better feeling of yourself and about life.
Some things to consider might be things like social media, going out to much or all the other unnecessary things that are only consuming you in a ‘negative’ way. You know what those things are.
Detoxification isn’t only good for our internal bodies but out external connections, affiliations and addictions too.
You ought to let me know what it is that you’re going to detoxify yourself of and why that.
